Regardless of the telecom services one might use, one can get into issues which requires some sort of consultancy. This is why every telecom company has a call centre which can be approached by the customers. Now the difficulty arises when, while calling to the centre for redressing the issues, the automated system asks for pressing the numbers to move ahead. After all of this, the customer is not able to talk to the customer service representative for more than 5 minutes as soon as the call is connected with the customer service representative. To overcome this concern, an initiative or innovation should be made so that the customer and the customer service representative can be directly connected without much turmoil.
